Connected systems

Your tools don't need replacing. They need introducing.

Most businesses already pay for good software, but none of it talks to each other.

I see the same setup in almost every business I walk into. Analytics live in one place, orders in another and email in a third, and every Monday someone exports three spreadsheets and spends the morning stitching them together.

The instinct is to buy something new to fix it, whether that's a new platform or another dashboard, but most of the time the tools aren't the problem. They just haven't been introduced to each other.

Connect before you buy

So before you add another subscription, it's worth sitting down and listing what you already pay for and where the data actually goes. More often than not the missing piece is a connection rather than a product.

Once things are joined up, the wins are pretty practical. You get one source of truth for customers and orders, so nobody's arguing about whose number is right. Stock and fulfilment updates happen on their own instead of relying on someone remembering, and the weekly report writes itself, which gives back the Monday morning someone has been losing to it.

I'm not trying to give you more dashboards. I'm trying to give you back the hours spent copying numbers between them.

Let's talk.
